Payment Options
We are currently taking all payments through Good Dog, Zelle or cash (if picked up in person). Please keep reading to determine which option is best for you.
Please keep in mind the following things:
- Please note that if you pick up your puppy in person, you may either pay before the pickup through Good Dog or Zelle or pay in cash at the time of pickup.
- When having your puppy delivered, you will need to pay for your puppy in full 3 days before we can send your puppy with our transporter. This gives time for payments to process. If you choose to use Zelle most banks have daily limits of $500 to $1000 and weekly limits. We can work around this but it takes time.
- For every deposit and payment, we will send you an invoice outlining the details of the transaction so you know exactly what you are paying for. Once a payment is made, we always send a receipt for your records after each payment has been processed.
Zelle
Zelle does not charge any fees.
With Zelle, money is moved directly from the bank account to bank account. Many banks offer Zelle however if your bank does not participate, you can sign up through their app.
If you choose to pay through Zelle, I will send you an invoice outlining the details of the transaction and a payment request through Zelle.
Here is what I have learned about Zelle. Most banks have both daily and weekly limits on the amount that you can send through Zelle. Common limits are $500 – $1000 per day.
We can work around this by sending payments for several days BUT this takes time. You can not wait until the last minute. Please contact your bank in advance to see if you have these daily limits and let me know so that I can get a plan together on daily requests for you.
Good Dog Payment Options
The advantage of using Good Dog is that they offer several options and ways to make payments. You can use your credit card, Google Pay, Debit Card or do a transfer from your bank account.
Fraud protection & support
You can choose to pay for fraud protection & support or opt out of this feature. Note that there is a small fee associated with it as outlined below.
Payment Options
You may pay using a credit card, Google Pay or a bank transfer. If you choose to pay using a credit card, debit card or Google Pay a payment processing fee of around 3% will be added.
If you choose to pay with a bank transfer (ACH). There are no processing fee. If you have problems connecting your bank please give them a call at 855-446-6336.
If you choose to pay through Good Dog, I will send you an invoice outlining the details of the transaction and a payment link so you can pay through Good Dog.

Step by step guide to paying with Good Dog
1. We will send you an email with a payment link and an invoice with the details of the transaction. Open the payment link.
2. Complete your name and proceed to the next step.
3. Enter the payment amount listed on the invoice that we sent you.
4. Choose a Category – Choose Deposit or Dog Payment. You may also add a personal message
5. Select your payment method and enter your payment information.
You will be charged a processing fee of 3.3% if you use your credit card. To avoid these charges use the US Bank Account option to do a direct transfer from your account.
6. Under the Summary heading you will see Protection & Support.
If you do NOT want the protection & support, click on the i icon shown with the red arrow and follow the following steps.
- Next click on Learn More at the bottom of the box
- On the next page click on Change to friends and family payment at the bottom of the page
- Select the Friends & Family option by checking the bullet by this option and then select Save Selection
- The next page will ask you if you are sure about your choice. Select “I don’t want to protect my payment” and Save Selection on the following page
This will return you to the payment page and you will now see the Protection & Support fee has been removed
7. If you are paying with a credit card, debit card or Google Pay you will see a Payment processing fee.
